CONSIGNMENT CONTRACT
Page 1 Consignment Information
Items must be brought in Monday, Wednesday or Friday, by appointment only from 10am to 5pm. Items must be brand names, freshly laundered, on hangers and in the current season and style. The Exchange will only allow up to 25 items to be brought in per consignment day from each consignor. The Exchange reserves the right to refuse any item for any reason. To schedule an appointment, call 512 864 9822.
Page 2 Payment
Payments will be issued at the beginning of each month. When account balance reaches over $20, a check will be mailed. Amounts less than $20 shall be collected in cash at The Exchange after 3:00pm. Each check will incur a $1.00 handling fee. The consignor may also choose to leave balance of less than $20 in consignors account for credit toward future store purchases.
Page 3 Pricing
Items must be consigned for a minimum of 60 days. Items will be offered at the assigned price for the first 30 days. Unsold items will be reduced by 50% for the remaining 30 days.
Page 4 Percentage & Credit
PERCENTAGE: If the item is sold then the consignor will receive 50% of the final sale price.
CREDIT: If there is credit available in the consignors account, it may be used toward the purchase of merchandise in The Exchange at any time.
